Lomonosov cluster to host Green Innovation Congress / News / Moscow City Web Site

On July 8, the Lomonosov cluster (1 Ramensky Blvd., Atom Hall) will host Green Innovation Congress: Technology & Environment to discuss pressing issues of sustainable technologies and environmental solutions. Pre-registration is required.

The meeting is held to establish a professional dialogue between industrial companies, public sector, R&D and public organizations for them to share experience in development, testing, implementation and regulation of the green technology and sustainability market.

They will discuss current trends and prospects for developing environmentally friendly innovation, key drivers of industry growth and possibilities of their use in Russia, fund raising for environmental projects, as well as the role that the Government, business community and public organizations play in promoting green technologies.

The agenda covers hot environmental issues, including industrial modernization using green technologies, climate adaptation strategies for Russian regions, latest waste processing technologies, green standards and energy saving programs for investment and construction projects.

Speakers will include representatives of federal and regional government agencies, heads of related departments in construction, housing & utilities, fuel & energy, mining and transport, in addition to key experts from public and professional associations.

The congress is organized by the Moscow Innovation Cluster Foundation.
