Where To Celebrate International Women’s Day In London

What better way to spend International Women’s Day than by joining in panel talks or protests with like-minded women? It’s why we’re bringing you all the best ways to get involved in the annual event, on 8 March itself and beyond. In London the day will kick off with #March4Women, an IWD rally devoted to fighting gender inequality and climate injustice. Starting from Whitehall Place at 1:45pm, and finishing at Parliament Square, high-profile names including Emeli Sandé, Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson, poet Nikita Gill, actor George MacKay and lawyer and activist Dr Shola Mos-Shogbamimu are expected to join the march.
