Ponte Vedra Beach: Women’s food alliance launched

Ponte Vedra Beach foodies Christine Hoffman, Jennifer Easterling, Leigh Cort and Helga Tan were among the two dozen females in the culinary and hospitality industry who met Sept. 10 at Jacksonville Beach’s historic Casa Marina Hotel to launch the new Women’s Food Alliance (WFA). Hoffman is catering sales manager at the TPC Sawgrass, Easterling is the publisher of Beaches and San Marco Magazine. Cort is a travel and food writer and publicist and Helga Tan Fellows is the CFO (Chief Farming Officer) of Gyo Greens, a hydroponic and aquaculture farm in Ponte Vedra Beach (www.cyogreens.com).

The Martini Membership Gala was hosted by WFA Founder Leigh Cort who invited each of the new members to the podium to introduce themselves.
