ASPIRE, Loyola University Maryland’s Center for Continuing Education, is proud to support and develop Women of Influence. Our new Leadership Essentials Women’s Group (LEWG) was designed with female leaders like you in mind. We invite you to join our 2024 cohort.
LE Women’s Group provides a welcoming space for you to grow your leadership skills among a small, supportive cohort of women with diverse backgrounds and experiences, dedicated to learning from each other and exploring the common issues we face. Our combination of skill-building sessions and individualized leadership coaching will give you what you need to take your professional talents to the next level.
The cohort will meet from September to November 2024 for in-depth explorations of leadership topics facilitated by subject-matter experts. Topics will include goal setting, strategic networking, self-advocacy, negotiation, boundary setting and change management — all through the lens of women in the workplace. What makes LEWG unique is that this learning is reinforced through one-on-one coaching with an experienced leadership coach. Over six sessions, participants and their coaches will set goals and create action plans. The cohort will continue to connect and support each other throughout the year through check-ins, social gatherings and volunteer opportunities.
Are you ready to gain confidence and learn practical tools to help you reach your full potential? Join us! Applications for the LEWG 2024 cohort open on May 6 and are due Aug. 19. Learn more at our virtual information session on July 18 at 9 a.m. or August 1 at 4 p.m. For more information, visit aspire.loyola.edu/leadership-essentials-womens-group or contact Katherine Keefe at Kkeefe@loyola.edu.
