Build Your Own Art World, Association of Women in the Arts (AWITA)
AWITA’s annual conference brings together 200 women working in the professional arts. The objective is to support the talent pipeline through a day of personal and professional development.
This year, attendees will hear from voices working across different sectors. AWITA believes the artworld can learn from the competencies, challenges, successes and differences of aligned creatives and industries.
The day is designed in a variety of dynamic formats: a ‘live’ Dragons’ Den for creative techs, development workshops in and around St James, and even a poet in residence. There will be time for reflection, self-awareness, and connecting with peers.
Open to all women with 5+ years of experience in the arts.
